I assume this question is not entirely complete because you've yet to discuss using blog.
At the moment Will your discussion is too descriptive in that you are describing the obvious positives of specific media technologies rather than focusing how you actually used them. Thus waffle is a problem!!!
I'd post examples then explain SPECIFIC ways you used these technologies. For example when shooting........ we were able to discard unwanted footage. With an example. Or when I was editing the cross dissolve effect allowed for smoother transitions whilst also communicating the notion of memory. Example....
Avoid too much description of the technologies because you are stating the obvious.
Social network site - say ...reaching potential audience or potential fan base... not consumer!
At present lowish level 3 because of description of technologies and not explaining how you used them.
